About

I am a Certified Virtual Assistant based in the UK, with a proven track record of retaining clients for over 5 years: providing a comprehensive range of remote office services, research and language support to business owners, start ups, and entrepreneurs.

I began my career in London gaining solid experience in various support roles for international companies within client focused Operations and Marketing teams. Since becoming a VA in 2009, I worked hard on establishing myself as an independent professional / freelancer, providing reliable and seamless support to start ups and entrepreneurs.

My diverse set of experience with start ups, in technology, sales, marketing, and business development support, taught me how to quickly adapt to new situations, and meet tight deadlines. Keenly analytical and logical in approach, I have a seasoned perspective on how to organise procedures and deliver quality client service with effective communication, attention to details and extensive problem solving skills.

I am specifically attuned to bridging communication barriers when doing business in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), where my language skills and cultural awareness add competitive value.

Passionate about flying the VA flag, making things happen is the most rewarding part of the role.

Outside work, I am the proud mum of an amazingly creative 11 year old boy, who keeps me “running”, also enjoy healthy cooking, travelling and trekking.

Educated to degree level with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, trilingual (English, Arabic, French)
